1. The competition

The Craziest Drunk Story is an online competition where eligible participants may publish a user-created story for €2. Other users may purchase votes for published stories. The competition has no fixed end date and ends when the displayed progress reaches the full prize amount.

2. Entry and stories

A story entry costs €2 and includes no votes. Stories may contain up to 2,000 characters. The chosen username is public; the email address is private and used for payment records, support and winner verification.

You must have the right to submit the content. Stories remain the responsibility of their authors and are displayed without automatic translation or rewriting.

3. Voting and ranking

Vote packs are €1 for 1 vote, €5 for 5, €10 for 10, €25 for 25, €50 for 50 and €100 for 100. Only payments verified by the payment provider are counted. Rankings are based on verified votes.

4. Competition completion and winner

When the displayed progress reaches the full prize amount, entries and voting close and the ranking is frozen.

The highest-ranked story becomes the provisional winner. Identity, eligibility, payment integrity and compliance with these terms and the Rules may be verified before the prize is paid. No prize is paid automatically.

5. Conduct and content

Fraud, automated or manipulated voting, payment abuse, impersonation, unlawful content and attempts to interfere with the service are prohibited. We may investigate activity and reject, hide or remove content that breaches these Terms or the Rules.

6. Payments and purchase finality

Payments will be processed by Stripe once enabled. A return to a success page does not confirm payment; only a verified provider notification does. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited for indirect losses and circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes and applicable law

These terms or competition rules may be updated where reasonably necessary, with material changes communicated through the platform. Applicable law and jurisdiction will be determined according to mandatory consumer rules and other law that validly applies; no specific jurisdiction is asserted here without confirmed operator details.
